🌳🌲 FOREST BATHING ACTIVITY

Thanks to the experience of the guides of the Maritime Alps Park, we offer a weekend dedicated to your well-being.

Two days to immerse yourself in nature and rediscover your inner and physical well-being, with an overnight stay at the Archaeological Park.

A guided Forest Bathing experience will help us find a deeper connection with ourselves and the nature around us, during the spring awakening.

The overnight stay includes accommodation in cabins with two beds (single bed) that are equipped with a sanitary sheet and power outlets. Bathrooms are shared, offering a 360° nature experience.

N.B.: It is necessary to bring a sleeping bag or blankets for the overnight stay.

The activity will be confirmed with a minimum of 5 participants to ensure optimal participation.

Schedule:

Saturday, May 2nd*:

9:30 AM Check-in at the Archaeological Park (€0.30/participant to be paid in cash for the municipal tourist tax)

10:00 AM Meeting with the Guide to begin the first day of diving

Approximately 4:30 PM Return to the Archaeological Park to prepare for dinner

*Packed lunch to be brought along

Sunday, May 3rd:

9:00 AM Pick up your packed lunch at the Archaeological Park reception and meet with the Guide for the second day of diving

Approximately 3:00 PM End of activities Return to the Archaeological Park

Price:

€180.00/participant includes two days of guided diving and accommodations (single bed in a shared cabin for two), with breakfast at participating bars, and a "Con gusto nelle Montagne del Mare" packed lunch on May 3rd.

The "Con gusto nelle Montagne del Mare" lunch includes: two sandwiches filled with APAM Quality Mark products, dessert, and coffee.
