Forest diving
Have you ever tried to listen to Nature? It contains many secrets that can only be revealed by listening, smelling and touching it. Led by the park guides of the Cooperative, activities to approach the natural environment, based on forest bathing, a slightly different approach, living and feeling, the nature in which we are immersed. Through different moments with playful and interconnecting activities we will be immersed and united with everything that surrounds us, rediscovering the benefits, for our body and for our mind, that a walk in the woods can bring.
Activity for families, also suitable for younger children
INFORMATION:
Necessary material: Wear closed shoes suitable for walks in the woods, comfortable clothing, hat, cape and a towel, it is possible to bring a backpack with water.
N.B. The activity will take place with a minimum number of 4 participants
