Tales of a small community revisited among its many churches and fountains, the ancient mule tracks that tell of kings and queens, and travellers between Piedmont and Provence. The history of Entracque was then marked by the construction of the Enel Green Power Hydroelectric Plant, which took place at the end of the 1960s, made possible by the typical geomorphological conformation of the Gesso Valley, which had a strong impact on local communities, contributing, in addition to providing electricity, to protecting the territory by storing water in the event of extreme events.
