🌱 Not at all: true treasures hidden in our daily lives.

🌸 The Valderia Botanical Garden hosts Marta Ferrero, author of the book Andar per Erbe (Foraging for Herbs), for a meeting dedicated to the discovery of wild edible plants. A unique opportunity to learn to look at what grows around us with new eyes.

🌿 The experience continues with a guided activity to identify the most common edible species. An immersive journey through nature and knowledge, to delve into the characteristics and ecological needs of plants and the best practices for ethical and safe harvesting that respect biodiversity.

👩‍🍳 The course concludes with the sharing of simple recipes to bring these precious resources into the kitchen (the plants used will have already been harvested).

🍃 An experience for those who love nature and cooking and want to rediscover their authentic connection with the local area.
